Project Locations

East Antarctica

Project Activities

Deployment of 3 remote stations close to Concordia base, and of a seismic profile between Concordia and Vostok stations.

Principal Science Objectives

Mapping crustal and lithospheric structure. Providing observations of core phases along polar paths.

Research Highlights

First remote stations in the region between Concordia and Vostok. Improved knowledge of the seismic structure of the ice-cap.
